On Call Club

The on call club is designed for patients who do not have insurance and who are available for hygiene appointments on short notice. When you become a member of the On Call Club and are able to fill any of the changes inour HYGIENE schedule (not applicable for appointments on the doctor’s schedule or for initial hygiene visits) we will give you a 12% adjustment off the fee for HYGIENE SERVICES (not applicable for products). Your responsibility as a club member is to help us reduce the cost of “lost time” by being available to fill any “short notice” changes in our schedule.

Because we care about the health of our patients and do not want them to become past due, we will call the On Call Club patients up to THREE times and if we are unable to find a time that works, we will schedule an advance appointment and no discount will apply.

Here’s HOW it works…
We will no longer ask you to schedule your hygiene visits in advance.
We will then call you when a short-notice cancellation occurs and an appointment becomes available (up to 24 hours notice).

Here’s WHY it works…
The lost time that results from short notice cancellations is extremely expensive to our practice.
When you are available to fill the “lost time”, you help us reduce this expense.
We then return the favor by passing the savings back to you!

WHO is eligible to participate?
Patients who are committed to maintaining their oral health.
Patients who are flexible in their scheduling needs.
Patients who do not have dental insurance.
Patients who want to receive a 12% adjustment.


Membership Rules:

1.
We will call you within three weeks of the day you are due.
2.
We will call you up to three times with an appointment. Because we are concerned about your dental health, if you are unavailable for all of the offered appointments, we will ask that      you schedule an advance appointment at a time that will be convenient for you and no discount will apply.
3.
12% adjustment is the maximum.
4.
Payment is due at time of service.
5.
If you are unable to keep your “short-notice” appointment, we will not be able to apply an adjustment to your account for your next visit.
